The Mercury will get you a printout but they can’t make it any bigger than a sheet of printing paper or it will look like crap I still believe that each school should reserve one acre on farm ground and if ISU wins, KSU plants corn in their acre. If KSU wins, ISU plants wheat in their acre. This would intensify the rivalry in a very fun and unique way.

We won it this year, but we’re not usually contenders for anything significant in baseball. The title we won this year was the first we’ve won since the ’30s. I’m really excited about next year, though. We return most of the team from last year, I think. I went to KSU vs OU in the 80s and their stadium seemed smaller than my HS Stadium in Kansas City. This was before their big donor. I’m amazed at how far they’ve come and it’s a testament to Snyder. Amazing coach the other day, I nearly caused a wreck driving that thing because I was staring in awe at it. It’s the first time I’d been on that side of town since they demolished it in December., probably on par with some of the best in the history of the game IMO.I loved the Wildcats and especially Darren Sproles. That conference championship game was the key piece of a chaos scenario I’d painted for a friend a few weeks earlier and as soon as it occured we were on our way to the bizzare ending of that season. You guys were so stacked that season, probably more than last season. Except for the OU game, yall had it until the fourth quarter. The team should have been 11-1 with the sole loss being to OU. The team blew double-digit leads in 5 of our 6 losses. And in those 5 games, they lost by a combined 17 points, just over 3 pts a game. Frustrating. I was at that game, one of the first home games I ever attended, so incredibly worth it.
