It is parallel to a wise politician/second generation immigrant lady in Denmark, who started inviting the offenders  for dialogue coffee. Human to human- face to face may change some things. It takes effort from both sides to sit and listen instead of fighting… stepping up, biting the bullet and saying you’ll take the first step to kindness, even if it’s to someone who’s slapped you across the face… that’s how you overcome adversity.

Everyone wants to be a victim so they can get a little bit of attention, if only for a moment Lynyrd Skynyrd Tshirt . I was bullied in school, i was  assaulted, i was homeless, i did grow up without a father, i was the poor kid in a rich town, i was physically abused as a child. But never in my entire life did I ever think I was a victim. I never let anything or anyones words effect me. I never blamed someone else for my problems. I chose to be a better person than those who thought they were better. I learned very early in life that no one is better, no one is worse, we are just different.Very true , my twin brother had it rough and still does simply for being gay , I dont get it, I think most people who write or say  these things either have it really bad where they are , hate themselves for being gay or where raised in an environment where it wasnt ok to be anything else but a man ….think I’ll send this his way thanks.
