Good message Electric Flower Co. Band T-Shirt . although unfortunetely I’ve seen places were jerks are promoted and  good valuable people are treated like crap or even fired, just because the owners don’t take the time to really know their staff.. and they only get to interact with those with more affinity to them (bootlickers usually) without regard of their true value and results vs the rest. If you have seen the movie “office space” even when it’s a comedy, it’s funny because it’s true, those things happen in real life! Hahaa.. You see a lot of that everywhere, but I think even more on family companies.Rudeness has increased exponentially since the internet gave a space for such voices. It has been  taken up within all forms of public discourse. Our presenters, our journalists, our politicians and our leaders have all fallen prey to this affliction. My father always used to say ‘If you can’t say something nice then don’t say anything at all.’ While I don’t agree that you shouldn’t challenge people when you disagree with them there surely should be a way of doing that without being base.

It is indeed a slow poison and one way to fight it out is by being cognizant of  the values you want to preach, the culture you want to cultivate and by consciously promoting RIGHT people Electric Flower Co. Band T-Shirt . I have faced many many time this type of behaviors by my male colleagues. I left my job and suffered. Words actions big weapons to kill human inner beauty and strength.You can thank me and do the little things all you want but if I don’t believe you respect me, then you can go (insert appropriate vulgarity here) In the military, I didn’t always do the little things like say “please” and “thank you” but I made sure that my people knew I respected the hell out of them. That is the key. Just my humble addition to this presentation.
